Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson’s Simple Fitness & Diet Tips

Crazy as it sounds, Kendra Wilkinson has actually taken her body from toned to super toned during the last few seasons of The Girls Next Door. She looks absolutely amazing and says that her secret is,
“simple things like running and sit-ups.”
Kendra is all about having fun with her workouts and plays tennis, softball, goes snowboarding and is just all around active.
As for her diet, Kendra doesn’t limit herself but she does watch her portion sizes. She also says that she drinks,
“lots and lots of carrot juice.”
Kendra recently commented on her personal life telling Fox News
“I was only 18 when I first moved in [to the Playboy Mansion] and I’ve grown up so much. I really have a new light on my life. I’ve been thinking a lot about marriage and kids; I don’t care about going crazy and partying anymore. I’m focused on the real life things, my future. That’s who I am now.”
It really seems like she’s happy and healthy and heading in a positive direction with her life. It’s very encouraging to see her ‘get it’ at such a young age. Kudos, Kendra!
