A Marine was found dead, where he grew up, by young people playing with firearms. The NCIS investigates on this man who had a past in Latin gangs. Two Marines, former gang members are suspected. One will remind Gibbs of painful memories: There are eighteen years in the Colombian jungle, the mother of this soldier saved Sergeant Gibbs injured. After having hidden and treated, Gibbs was able to escape the Colombian drug cartel… Mike Franks will help the Team in this case.
